Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Grant necessary access to platforms and accounts for campaign management
• Make timely payments according to agreed terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies
• Provide feedback and approvals in a timely manner

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Management fees are due monthly in advance
• Setup fees are due upon contract signing
• Ad spend is billed separately and managed through client accounts
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Services may be suspended for non-payment

Intellectual Property

All creative work, strategies, and materials developed by Digital Business Marketing remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients receive a license to use materials for their business purposes.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business data, and campaign performance. We will not share confidential information without explicit written consent.

Performance and Results

While we strive for optimal performance, we cannot guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns. Performance depends on various factors including market conditions, competition, and platform changes.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual agreements. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• Access to client accounts will be transferred back to client
• Work product will be delivered as specified in agreements
• Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely

Limitation of Liability

Digital Business Marketing's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
